Terms & Conditions — JQKSlot

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JQKSlot ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jqkslot.cam (the "Website").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service provided on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

• You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or restricted by JQKSlot for breach of these Terms.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the JQKSlot Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, using the same identity, device, household, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify JQKSlot immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested, by submitting valid government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method.

JQKSlot reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any balances associated with such an Account may be withheld pending investigation.

By accessing the JQKSlot Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, running an arbitrage operation, or reselling credits.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or RNG systems.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or third-party software tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and subject to reversal.
• You will use the Platform's games, sportsbook, and features in good faith, without engaging in conduct that disrupts or degrades other players' experience.

JQKSlot provides the Platform and its content on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access and reserve the right to conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance, which may result in temporary service unavailability.

All financial transactions on the JQKSlot Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User elects to transact in a supported cryptocurrency denomination. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits: JQKSlot accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. JQKSlot targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for approved withdrawal requests, though actual transfer times may be affected by the policies of individual banks and payment processors. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits by the same Account holder, subject to AML compliance requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before any funds may be withdrawn, the User must have completed the KYC verification process. Additionally, any Bonus Funds credited to the Account must have their associated wagering requirements satisfied before those funds (and any related winnings) become eligible for withdrawal.

JQKSlot offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as wagering-free. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagering scenarios, unless stated otherwise.
• A User may hold only one (1) active welcome bonus at any given time. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
• JQKSlot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by the User at the point of modification.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic low-risk wagering strategies ("bonus abuse") will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in account restriction.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to the User's Account during the birthday calendar month and are subject to tier eligibility at the time of crediting.
• Referral bonuses are credited once the referred User has completed KYC verification and met the minimum qualifying deposit and wagering activity thresholds.

All bets placed on the JQKSlot sportsbook and casino are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been issued. JQKSlot reserves the right to decline or void any bet prior to confirmation.
• Odds Errors: In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, JQKSlot reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. Affected Users will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds are subject to real-time adjustment. Bets accepted at stated in-play odds are binding, except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• Mix Parlay: Multi-leg parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. Where one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay may be recalculated with the voided leg removed, subject to sport-specific rules.
• Postponed Events: Bets on events that are postponed beyond 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless the Platform's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event and single-session payout limits apply and are published within the Platform. Any winnings exceeding these limits are subject to adjustment at JQKSlot's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JQKSlot Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered to family members at the same address for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using software automation, artificial intelligence tools, or predictive algorithms to gain an unfair advantage over the RNG or the Platform's sportsbook pricing.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider after wagering has taken place ("chargeback fraud").
• Engaging in any conduct that JQKSlot, in its sole reasonable judgment, determines to constitute abuse of the Platform's systems, personnel, or other users.

JQKSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC or AML verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent account activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party welfare organisation acting on their behalf.
• Legal or regulatory order requiring account restriction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, real-money balances not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be held securely. Following investigation, balances may be returned, transferred, or forfeited depending on the outcome. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any associated balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting JQKSlot support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JQKSlot, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if JQKSlot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, including those resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical failures beyond the Company's control.
• Any decisions or actions taken by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

In no event shall JQKSlot's aggregate liability to any individual User exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the JQKSlot Platform, including but not limited to the JQKSlot name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of JQKSlot or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's intellectual property without the prior written consent of JQKSlot.

In the event of any dispute between a User and JQKSlot, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users may contact our support team in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.

JQKSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure before the amendment takes effect.
